A brand built around the service call.
Creamo started from a simple frustration: operators in Israel were buying frozen-dessert equipment from resellers who disappeared the moment something broke. We went to the source instead — selecting factories, specifying the machines to our own build sheet, and putting our name on them.
Every Creamo machine is inspected before it leaves the container and again before it leaves our warehouse. Because we are the importer, the warranty, the spare parts and the phone number are all the same address.
