Before you buy.
Full parts and labour on the compressor, control board, motors and beaters for twelve months from installation. Consumables such as seals and o-rings are excluded, and we supply those from stock.
Because we hold parts in Israel, most faults are resolved on the first visit. Standard response is one to two working days; chains and franchise accounts can add a same-day service agreement.
Yes. We sell American-style soft-serve powder: one kilo of powder at ₪37 blended with four litres of milk yields five kilos of finished ice cream — about ₪69 of ingredients, VAT included.
Yes. Every model we sell has a stocked parts kit in our warehouse — boards, taps, beaters, seals and compressors. Nothing waits on a container.
Yes. We supply branded front panels and light boxes on orders from a small minimum quantity. Send us your artwork and we will spec it with the factory.
All models run on standard 220V / 50Hz single phase. The largest slush machine, the Frost F3, needs a 54 cm counter run, 63 cm of depth and about 15 cm of clearance behind it for airflow.
