Questions that come up
What exactly does the 12-month warranty cover?
Full parts and labour on the compressor, control board, motors and beaters for twelve months from installation. Consumables such as seals and o-rings are not covered, and neither is breakage, corrosion or damage caused by incorrect operation.
Do you carry spare parts locally?
Yes. Every model we sell has a stocked parts kit in our warehouse — boards, taps, beaters, seals and compressors. Nothing waits on a container.
What power and space do we need?
All models run on standard 220V / 50Hz single phase. The largest slush machine, the Frost F3, needs a 54 cm counter run, 63 cm of depth and about 15 cm of clearance behind it for airflow.
